En az haftada bir kez lazer cihaz\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmadan \u00f6nce so\u011futma suyunun seviyesini kontrol ediniz. Eksik ise eczanelerden temin edebilece\u011finiz deiyonize distile su ilave ediniz. Lazer sisteminizdeki so\u011futma suyunun s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 65 derecedir. Kesinlikle cihaz \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken ya da \u0131s\u0131nd\u0131ktan sonra su ilavesi yapmay\u0131n\u0131z! Asla saf su kullanmay\u0131n\u0131z! Saf su iyonlar\u0131ndan ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan uzun d\u00f6nemde so\u011futma sistemindeki par\u00e7alara \u201cLaser Head\u201d ad\u0131 verilen lazeri \u00fcreten par\u00e7a ile i\u00e7erisindeki \u201cflashlamp lere\u201d ve \u201cflow tube lere\u201d zarar vermektedir. Bundan dolay\u0131 bahsi ge\u00e7en par\u00e7alar verimli kullan\u0131m \u00f6m\u00fcrlerini doldurmadan ar\u0131zaya sebep vermektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Orijinal yedek par\u00e7a ve sarf malzemesi kullan\u0131n\u0131z. Orijinal yedek par\u00e7a ve sarf malzemesi kullan\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde cihaz\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n Candela g\u00fcvencesinden \u00e7\u0131kaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve s\u00fcrekli tekrar eden ar\u0131zalar sonucunda bak\u0131m masraflar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n artaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlat\u0131r\u0131z. \u00d6zellikle orijinal olmayan window y\u00fczeyindeki anti reflekte kaplama yetersiz ya da hi\u00e7 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan uzun d\u00f6nemde optik yol (optic rail) \u00fczerindeki fiber kabloya (fiber cable), odaklama lenslerine (focusing lens) ve neticede Alexandrite rod \u00fczerindeki kaplamaya (partial reflector) zarar vermektedir. Orijinal olmayan window kullan\u0131m\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda window \u00fczerinden geri yans\u0131yan lazer \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131 fiber kablo ve\u2018\u2019slider\u2019\u2019 i\u00e7erisindeki odaklama lensleri (end-cap lens) \u00fczerinde yanma sonucu lekelenmelere sebep vermektedir. Bu lekelenmeler sonucunda fiber kablonun ge\u00e7irgenlik de\u011feri d\u00fc\u015fmektedir. \u201cSlider\u201d olarak bilinen par\u00e7an\u0131n yans\u0131yan \u0131\u015f\u0131nlardan dolay\u0131 a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u0131s\u0131nmas\u0131 sonucu s\u00fcrekli \u201cpurge\u201d hatas\u0131 olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Cryogen k\u0131saca (DCD) so\u011futucu gaz ancak oda s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda p\u00fcsk\u00fcrt\u00fclebilir. \u201cHandpiece\u201d olarak bilinen elde tutulan par\u00e7a i\u00e7erisindeki \u0131s\u0131 odak s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ge\u00e7ti\u011fi takdirde sistem s\u00fcrekli \u201cpurge\u201d hatas\u0131 verecektir.<\/p>\n<p>Tedavi s\u0131ras\u0131nda her 300 at\u0131\u015fta bir \u201cdistance gauge\u201d olarak bilinen mesafe ayarlay\u0131c\u0131 sar\u0131 par\u00e7ay\u0131 ve u\u00e7 k\u0131s\u0131mdaki cam aparat\u0131 (windwos holder) temizlenmek \u00fczere de\u011fi\u015ftiriniz. Bu \u015fekilde kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde window ve distance gaugelerin faydal\u0131 kullan\u0131m \u00f6mr\u00fc artacakt\u0131r. Windowlar\u0131 1\/3 oran\u0131nda alkol\/su kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131 ile silerek temizleyiniz. Lekeli k\u0131r\u0131k windowlar\u0131 kullanmay\u0131n\u0131z! Distance gauge\u2019leri dezenfekte etmek amac\u0131yla 1\/9 su \u00e7ama\u015f\u0131r suyu kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131\u2019 nda birka\u00e7 saat bekletiniz. Tedavi \u00f6ncesi en az 20 adet temiz distance gauge haz\u0131r bulundurulmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6neririz. Baloncuk uyar\u0131s\u0131 \u2018\u2019gaz tasfiye tu\u015funa bas\u0131n\u0131z \u2019\u2019 en b\u00fcy\u00fck sebebinin kalitesiz k\u0131r\u0131k ya da lekeli window kullan\u0131m\u0131 sonucu handpiece \u0131n \u0131s\u0131nmas\u0131 ve Cryogen (DCD) t\u00fcplerini yanl\u0131\u015f dolumu oldu\u011funu hat\u0131rlat\u0131r\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p>DCD t\u00fcp dolumu max1200gr olmal\u0131 ve dolum \u00f6ncesi havas\u0131 tamamen bo\u015falt\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. DCD t\u00fcp\u00fc cihaza tak\u0131lmadan \u00f6nce 1200 gram\u0131 ge\u00e7medi\u011finden emin olunmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Tedaviye ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce mutlaka slider \u00fczerindeki windowun yerinde oldu\u011funu ve temiz oldu\u011funu kontrol ediniz. De\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi gerekiyorsa mutlaka yeni kullan\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f bir window tak\u0131n\u0131z. Temizlenmi\u015f windowlar\u0131 asla fiber ucundaki ( slider )a takmay\u0131n\u0131z sadece Windows holderda kullan\u0131n\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p>Her g\u00fcn lazer sisteminizin d\u0131\u015f temizli\u011fini yap\u0131n\u0131z. Toz cihaza zarar verdi\u011finden cam a\u00e7ma yerine klima kullanmay\u0131 tercih ediniz. Oda s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n 19- 21 C derece aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda olmas\u0131na \u00f6zen g\u00f6steriniz. Cihaz \u00fczerine hi\u00e7bir \u015fey koymay\u0131n\u0131z. Cihaz\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 hafif nemli toz b\u0131rakmayan bir bezle siliniz. Dokunmatik ekrana asla nemli ya da \u0131slak bir materyal s\u00fcrmeyiniz! Lazer cihaz\u0131 so\u011futma amac\u0131yla alt k\u0131sm\u0131nda bulunan kanallardan hava emmektedir. Bu hava kanallar\u0131n\u0131n temiz olmas\u0131na \u00f6zen g\u00f6steriniz. En az haftada bir kez cihaz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmazken elektrik s\u00fcp\u00fcrgesiyle e\u011filerek bu kanalar\u0131 g\u00f6rerek iyice s\u00fcp\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcz. M\u00fcmk\u00fcnse torbas\u0131z tozu suya emen s\u00fcp\u00fcrge kullan\u0131n\u0131z. Hava kanallar\u0131 toz ve kirden kapanm\u0131\u015f cihaz\u0131n uzun d\u00f6nemde\u2018\u2019HVPS\u2019\u2019 ad\u0131 verilen y\u00fcksek voltaj g\u00fc\u00e7 kayna\u011f\u0131 a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u0131s\u0131nmaya ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak y\u0131pranma sonucunda bozulabilir.<\/p>\n<p>5 \u2013 7 \u2013 12 ve 15 ile ba\u015flayan hata kodlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fczde mutlaka sistemi kapat\u0131n\u0131z ve teknik servisi aray\u0131n\u0131z. \u00d6zellikle yo\u011fun d\u00f6nemlerde TX (transmission) ge\u00e7irgenlik ve Hvref de\u011feri (Head Energy Voltage) de\u011ferlerini en az 15 g\u00fcnde bir kontrol ediniz. Bu de\u011ferleri kontrol etmek i\u00e7in cihaz\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 15 mm spot size ile 30J de kalibre ediniz. LVM ekran\u0131ndan bu de\u011ferleri g\u00f6rebilirsiniz. TX de\u011feri 80% den az ise fiber kablonuzda ya da odaklama lenslerinizde sorun olabilir. Bu \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 halinde fiber kablo ve lensler yanabilir hatta lazer Head zarar g\u00f6rebilir.<\/p>\n<p>Flashlamp\u2019 lerin de\u011fi\u015fme zaman\u0131 at\u0131\u015f say\u0131s\u0131yla de\u011fil lazer Head\u2019 in 60J enerjiyi \u00fcretmek i\u00e7in gereksinim duydu\u011fu voltaj seviyesi ile belirlenir. Flashlamp\u2019 ler normal ko\u015fullarda ortalama 1,5-2 milyon at\u0131\u015f yapabilir. HVref de\u011feri 1000-1100V oldu\u011funda flashlamp\u2019lerin de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi gereklidir. LVM ekranda bu de\u011feri kontrol edebilirsiniz. Bu de\u011fer 1000V \u00fczerine ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131nda lazer sistemi a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 zorlanmaya ba\u015flar ve sonucunda cihaz\u0131n enerji \u00fcreten par\u00e7alar\u0131nda sorun olu\u015fturabilir. Flashlampler k\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda so\u011futma sistemine giren cam par\u00e7ac\u0131klar\u0131 su pompas\u0131 ve di\u011fer aksama zarar verir ve neticede 7 hata kodu vererek sistem devre d\u0131\u015f\u0131 kal\u0131r. K\u0131r\u0131lan flashlamp\u2019ler ayr\u0131ca Lazer Head\u2019e zarar verir ve Lazer Head in ortalama 5 milyon at\u0131\u015f olan faydal\u0131 kullan\u0131m \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc k\u0131saltarak daha erken ar\u0131zalanmas\u0131na sebep olur.<\/p>\n<p>PM y\u0131ll\u0131k koruyucu bak\u0131m\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 mutlaka yapt\u0131r\u0131n\u0131z. Bu bak\u0131mda cihaz\u0131n detayl\u0131 temizli\u011fi yap\u0131l\u0131r ve t\u00fcm kalibrasyonlar\u0131 kontrol edilir. Kalibrasyonlar\u0131 bozuk bir sistem gere\u011finden fazla ya da az enerji \u00fcretece\u011finden gereksiz ar\u0131zalara ve hatta hastalarda yan\u0131klara sebep olabilir. Bu koruyucu ve \u00f6nleyici bak\u0131m\u0131n amac\u0131 \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc tamamlam\u0131\u015f sorunlu par\u00e7alar\u0131n di\u011fer par\u00e7a ve aksama zarar vermeden de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi veya onar\u0131lmas\u0131 ile daha b\u00fcy\u00fck ar\u0131zalar\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesidir.<\/p>\n<p>Lazer cihaz\u0131n\u0131n ba\u011fl\u0131 oldu\u011fu UPS (g\u00fc\u00e7 kayna\u011f\u0131)cihaz\u0131 en az 10kW olmal\u0131d\u0131r. UPS cihaz\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n y\u0131ll\u0131k bak\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 mutlaka yetkili servisine yapt\u0131r\u0131n\u0131z.
